Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated emissions from shipping. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies vetted by scientists at Carbon Direct. These companies use that money to remove the amount of carbon caused by our shipments. All additional funds go toward further developing carbon removal technologies.
